Problem of Taskmanager grayed out?

Try this

Click Start
Press Run
Then copypaste this on your run box

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
