iPod Touch 2nd Generation Jailbreak by Blackra1n. Full Procedure Inside

Step 1: Download and install the latest version of iTunes (download link given below).

Step 2: You will now need to first update/restore to the original iPhone OS firmware 3.1.2 on your iPod Touch by using the latest version of iTunes. Download link for iPhone Firmware 3.1.2 is HERE



Step 3: Download blackra1n for Windows (download link at the end of the post).

Step 4: Start blackra1n app. If you are on Windows 7 or Vista, run the app with “Windows XP Compatibility” mode by enabling it from the “Properties” tab to avoid any errors during the jailbreak process.

Step 5: Click on “make it ra1n”:



Step 6: Let the app do its thing and wait for the phone to automatically reboot.

Step 7: You should now have “blackra1n” in the list of applications
on your iPodtouch. Run “blackra1n”, download Cydia and let it install it





Then after that connect on cydia just make sure you are connected to WiFi. Wait for it for re organizing. After few seconds go back on cydia then choose Hacker [graphical]
Then complete Upgrade.

After upgrading go back again on Cydia
Search for " afc2add " No qoutes AFC2ADD is fix for diskaid.iphone browser problems and also for the no wifi solution
Install then confirm.

Now we are going to install the appsync 3.1.2 for your iPod touch

Download the Darkmyles Gui

After you download the DarkMyles Gui. Just make sure that your iPodtouch is already plugin on your pc then hit the APPSYNC 3.1.2 button on GUI.

Then that is the time to download the file of JACK SPARROW.

DFU mode = Just turn off your ipod then after few minutes. Press home and power button together then release the power button after you see the apple logo appear on your screen. But you are still holding the home button until your itunes recognized and put your ipod on recovery mode.
